Intermediate & Silver Tap
Tap dancers tap on the ground in a rhythm over a song. They use their hands and feet to make the song from tapping on the ground. Tap dance is a way to express yourself and your emotions. Tap dancers can tap out songs, rhythms, or just make music with their feet.
Tap dancing is also very good exercise because it uses your arms, legs, and feet to help you move in the rhythm. The way that tapping makes your muscles work will help you feel better mentally too because it improves focus, balance, coordination, endurance, flexibility, strength, speed, stamina as well as self-esteem and confidence
In our Intermediate and Silver Tap dance class, we will learn different moves such splat, suzie q, and maxi-ford. This class is for students who wish to develop their existing tap skills further.
